Return window

We cannot accept return requests more than 30 days after the order date.

Inspect your order upon arrival

Please open your package as soon as it arrives and inspect all contents carefully.

Damaged product claims

Claims for damaged products must be submitted within 2 days of delivery. We are unable to accept damage claims after that period.

How to submit a claim

All claims must be submitted through your account on our platform. Please follow the return request steps provided there. No exceptions will be made.

Return requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories
  • Meet all applicable return policy requirements

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

Return timeline after RMA issuance

Once your RMA number has been issued, the product must be returned within 10 days.

Fees and shipping charges

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • No restocking fee applies to damaged, missing, or incorrect item claims
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all other approved returns

Non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable:

  • Chlorine of any kind
  • Bromine of any kind
  • Liquid chemicals
  • Non-chlorine pool and spa shock
  • Inflatables
  • Spa and pool pillows
  • Electronic or installed components
  • Spa and pool filters
  • Spa and pool pillows or headrests

Quality control notice

We maintain strict quality control procedures before orders leave our warehouse, including:

  • Human double-checks
  • Digital video recording of packing stations
  • Digital UPC scanning

Warranty information

All products are backed by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
