Unfortunately, we cannot accept return claims after 30 days of placing your order.

Damaged Products:
No claims for damaged products will be accepted after two days of receiving the order.

Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and includes all accessories.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.

Return Timeline:
All products must be returned within 10 days of receiving your RMA number.
Restocking Fees:
Shipping and Handling Charges: Unfortunately, we are unable to credit you for shipping/handling charges.
For damaged, missing/wrong product claims, there are no restocking fees.
However, a 10% restocking fee applies to all other returns.
Please be aware that we have stringent quality control measures in place before shipments leave our warehouse, including a human double-check, digital video recording of packing stations, and digital scanning of UPCs.
